Architecture:
Designed by the Vancouver-based architectural firm Hewitt & Kwasnicky, the 14-story hotel Vancouver Canada tower draws the natural wonders of coastal British Columbia into the city's cosmopolitan context with an exterior that mimics ocean waves in curved glass, natural stone and copper.

Dining Experience:

Voya

Voya is an intimate 80-seat restaurant led by locally lauded Executive Chef Marc-Andre Choquette. Chef Marc-Andre's French-Asian approach and global professional experience are apt, as Voya's name derives from voyage. Further, Chef Marc-Andre is inspired by the notion that food can transplant one to places never before experienced.

Chef Marc-Andre is a master of sous-vide cooking. This method of low-temperature, precision preparation reduces shrinkage, enhances flavour and safeguards nutritional elements.

Centre-lit by three dramatic, crystal chandeliers, the dining room in our luxury Vancouver hotel restaurant sparkles. With a nod to 1940s sophistication, backlit screens of interlocking circles provide pattern along the dining room edge and are mirrored throughout Loden as a design motif. Bright-white lacquer tables, ice-blue upholstery, oversized mirrors and sinuous lines add to the chic décor. Private dining is available for up to 18 people tucked away in a corner of Voya. The private dining salon offers a secluded and sophisticated meeting space for business, celebrations or both.

Voya is a member of the Green Table and Ocean Wise sustainable programs and will proudly be offering patrons an alternative to bottled water through its on-premise filtered water system.

Lobby Lounge at Voya at Loden Vancouver:
Comfortable and clubby yet contemporary define the striking lobby lounge and bar stage at Voya, where celebrity-status mixologist Jay Jones entertains and enlightens. The back-lit sandblasted glass bar stands beyond a dramatic marble fireplace are inviting low-profile tables and chairs. White marble and industrial metal accents cool the predominantly warm palette of smoky mirror and rich wood.

Wellness Services:
The BeFit Studio offers the latest in cardiovascular training equipment, Cybex strength training machines, and free weights. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
